The page contains terms (the "Terms") that apply to your use of the Excel Price Feed Add-in Software (the "Software"). By using the Software, you are agreeing to be legally bound by the Terms. We may change the Terms from time to time, with notice.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity.
The Software is provided by Coderun Technologies Ltd ("Coderun"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 09864381).
Using the Software does not give you ownership or license of any intellectual property rights in the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted under law, you agree that Coderun are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use, inability to use, performance or non-performance of the Software or any data accessed on or through the Software. You further agree that Coderun are not responsible or liable for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Coderun do not accept liability for unavailability of the Software. For technical and operational reasons, access to the Software may temporarily be restricted or interrupted. These restrictions or interruptions may be due to modifications or improvements of the Software, repair, maintenance or other work required for the proper and optimized operation of the Software or for reasons beyond our control.
You acknowledge and agree that the Software may be modified, suspended or withdrawn by Coderun at its sole discretion. The Software is dependent on Third-party data sources, the availability of which is outside the control of Coderun.
To use the Software you require either a valid Trial or valid Subscription and you must register with us first. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. No payment information is required in order to start a Trial. Please refer to our FAQ for more details.
At any point during the Subscription period you are entitled to cancel your Subscription. You will, however, be able to continue using the Software for the rest of the period you have already paid for. We don't provide partial refunds if the cancellation occurs partway through a month/year. The only exception to this is if we are forced to withdraw a significant area of functionality within the Software, for example if one of our Third-party data sources withdraws their service or prevents us from accessing it within the Software. In this case we will endeavour to provide partial refunds to all affected customers who request a refund.
The Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales (with the exception of Departments of the United States Federal Government which are subject to the laws of the United States).
